EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 18, 2026 · OFFER TERMS SHOWN AT SIGNUP
ATMSPHR membership terms
Membership is optional. Regular tickets remain available without subscribing. These terms supplement our Terms of Service.
Billing and cancellation
Membership costs $20 USD today and every month until canceled. There is no signup fee. Cancel monthly renewal from your membership page before the next billing date to stop future charges. Cancellation at the end of a paid period keeps that period active until it ends.
Your promotional credits
Your first successfully paid membership month includes $50 in promotional ticket credits, once per account: $15 at the start of the paid period, $15 after 7 days, $15 after 14 days, and $5 after 21 days. For an eligible checkout selection up to $30, a new member may receive a larger first drop—at least $5 above the selection, rounded up to a whole dollar. The remaining credits release in drops of up to $15 after 7 and 14 days, with any remainder after 21 days. The exact schedule is shown before payment; the first-month total remains $50. Only released credits can be spent. All four drops expire at the end of that first billing period. Memberships purchased under earlier offers keep their accepted credit schedule. For the current offer, subsequent paid months include $10 in promotional ticket credits. Your renewal amount is displayed and accepted when you subscribe. New signup offers can change; your accepted renewal amount is saved with your membership and does not decrease automatically. Members who joined on the original $35 renewal offer keep that amount. Rejoining after cancellation requires reviewing the then-current offer. Credits expire at the end of their billing period, never roll over, and are usable only while your paid subscription is active. A failed payment does not issue a new balance. Renewing or rejoining does not restore expired credits.
Credits are promotional benefits, cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and are not a stored cash balance. The displayed dollar balance is promotional ticket value applied to eligible ticket face value. Available paid tickets accept credits automatically, subject to normal ticket availability and purchase restrictions.
Booking tickets
There is no monthly ticket-count cap. Normal event availability, age restrictions and purchase limits apply. Credits cover the eligible amount up to your available balance; pay the remainder by card. If a small remaining card payment falls below the processor’s minimum, checkout will use fewer credits and show the resulting amount before payment. Credits cannot be combined with a promo code or an organizer membership signup in the same order.
Credits are reserved temporarily during checkout and returned if the hold is released. A credit-funded ticket is a normal admission ticket with the same door and scanning rules.
Refunds and payment issues
The event’s refund policy applies. An approved full refund of unused tickets returns any redeemed credits to their original billing period; the original expiry and active-subscription requirement remain. Credits are not refunded as cash. Cash top-ups are handled through the original payment method. A refunded or disputed subscription payment disables the credits funded by that payment.
For hosts
Under the current host agreement, ATMSPHR pays the host the full cash-funded ticket face value; promotional credits, including the first $50 welcome credit and later $10 monthly credits, receive no cash reimbursement. Cash ticket earnings become withdrawable after the event ends, excluding refunds, through the host’s verified Stripe payout account. ATMSPHR deducts no platform or processing fee. Stripe’s bank payout schedule applies after a transfer is confirmed.
All available paid tickets accept credits. A ticket fully covered by credits generates no ticket cash for the host. For a $30 ticket covered by $10 in credits and $20 paid by card, the host earns $20. Recorded bookings and explicitly accepted earlier host agreements retain their recorded terms until the host accepts a new agreement for future bookings.
The flat venue rental model assumes the host has already agreed a fixed rental payment with the venue. ATMSPHR ticket proceeds go to the host; ATMSPHR does not allocate a percentage to the venue. Hosts remain responsible for their venue arrangements, admission counts and event reporting.
New host signup bonus
A new qualifying host receives a one-time $100 cash signup bonus after accepting the host agreement and completing Stripe’s identity and bank-account verification. It does not require an event to finish and is separate from attendee credits. It is once per new host owner, not per event or additional organizer profile; existing hosts, duplicate or fraudulent signups do not qualify. The bonus appears as pending until the cash transfer is confirmed. Bank arrival follows Stripe’s payout schedule.
Member perks
Priority entry is included with paid ATMSPHR membership at every event and cannot be disabled by hosts. It applies to tickets booked during an active paid membership and upcoming tickets you already hold when your paid membership begins. Once added, priority entry stays with that ticket after cancellation. A transferred ticket is checked against its new holder’s membership. Membership never bypasses age checks, security checks, venue capacity or admission requirements. Other event-specific perks must be listed separately.
Host membership referrals
A host earns a one-time $3 reward when a new member joins through their referral link and the first $20 payment clears. Existing members and the host’s own team do not qualify. Attribution is recorded before membership checkout and does not change afterward. The reward becomes available through the standard payout process when Stripe clears the payment. A refund or dispute of that first payment reverses the reward; rewards already withdrawn are offset against future payouts.
