The agreement between you and atmsphr. It covers buying a ticket, putting on an event, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Effective October 5, 2026
These terms are between you and Black Label Creators LLC, 575 Sixth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101, trading as atmsphr. Using atmsphr means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
You must be at least 16 years old to use atmsphr. Individual events may set a higher age limit, which is shown on the listing and enforced at the door rather than by us.
atmsphr is a platform. Events are run by their organizers, and the contract to attend an event is between you and the organizer of that event. We take the payment, issue the ticket and provide the means to get you through the door.
We do not control what happens at an event, who is on the door, whether the headliner turns up, or what the room is like when you get there. Complaints about any of that belong with the organizer first, and we will tell you who they are.
Every price shown is the price you pay. Fees are included in the figure on the first screen and on every screen after it. There is no step at the end where the number goes up.
Prices are in US dollars. New regular ticket sales have no buyer service fee or host platform fee: the buyer pays face value and the host receives face value. ATMSPHR covers payment processing. Promotional membership bookings follow the membership terms.
Where Broese+ is enabled and disclosed at checkout, paid Broese Events tickets require Broese+ for buyers who are not already members. The current offer starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews at $5.36 every 2 weeks until canceled. Membership adds $0 to the initial ticket payment. Free tickets do not enroll you. The billing name is BLCTS. Cancel before the trial ends or the next renewal from Settings → Memberships to avoid future charges. Broese+ is separate from the optional ATMSPHR ticket-credit membership.
Choosing tickets places a temporary hold so that the seats are yours while you pay. A hold that is not paid for expires and the seats go back on sale.
Your ticket is issued when the payment is confirmed, by us, on receipt of confirmation from the payment processor — not by your browser. If you pay and close the tab, or lose signal, or your phone dies, you still have a ticket.
Entry codes rotate every thirty seconds. A screenshot of one will not scan. This is deliberate and is the whole anti-resale mechanism; losing entry because you tried to use a screenshot is not grounds for a refund.
Refund policy is set by the organizer and shown on the listing. As a rule tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
If an event is cancelled you are refunded in full, to the original payment method. If it is rescheduled or materially changed — a different venue, a different date — your ticket carries over, and you may request a refund instead.
Refunds are processed by us against the original order. Chargebacks are not a substitute for asking; write to support@atmsphr.club first and we will answer.
You may transfer a ticket to another person through atmsphr, and the code moves with it. You may not resell a ticket above face value, and you may not sell, screenshot or otherwise hand over an entry code outside the platform. Codes obtained that way do not work, which is a property of how they are built rather than a rule we enforce afterwards.
You are responsible for the event: that it happens, that it is safe and lawful, that you hold whatever licences and permissions it needs, and that what you say on the listing is true. You are responsible for the age limit you set and for enforcing it at the door.
You may only upload artwork and photographs you have the right to use. You may only message people through atmsphr about events they hold a ticket to, only about that event, and only through the tools we provide — using this platform to send marketing, or to message people who did not buy from you, ends your access to it.
Payouts are made to the account you give us after the event, net of refunds and any agreed promoter commission. Historical orders retain the fee terms recorded at purchase. We may hold a payout where there is an unresolved dispute, a suspicion of fraud, or a cancelled event with refunds outstanding.
You indemnify us against claims arising from your event or from anything you published on it.
Buy tickets by automated means or in excess of the published limits; interfere with the entry-code system; access data belonging to other people or other organizers; impersonate anyone; or use atmsphr for anything unlawful.
What you upload stays yours. You give us the licence we need to display it — to show your flyer on your listing, in the feed, and in the link preview when somebody shares it. That licence ends when you take the content down, except for copies inside records we are required to keep.
The ATMSPHR text program is operated by Black Label Creators LLC, 575 Sixth Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101. It covers optional ticket confirmations for bookings on ATMSPHR. Host-written broadcasts, promotions, abandoned-cart reminders and membership offers are not part of this SMS program.
Ticket texts are available for US mobile numbers. Your tickets, checkout and email sign-in work without text messages.
Ticket checkout and membership signup on the website and app show a separate, initially unchecked SMS consent control. To opt in, review its disclosure, select it, enter your own mobile number in the form, and continue with your purchase or signup. No verification code is required for this choice. Membership billing consent is separate. Your SMS choice carries over when membership is offered during ticket checkout.
You can manage your choice in Settings → Text updateson the website, or Account → Text updates in the app. You may also enroll there by entering your number, selecting the unchecked consent control, and choosing Enable text updates. See the opt-in guide.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or membership. Entering a phone number, buying a ticket, joining ATMSPHR or accepting general terms does not subscribe you to ongoing texts. Hosts cannot upload phone lists or opt you in. Promotional host alerts require the additional consent described below.
We record the provided number, date, method and disclosure version for your choice. Switching texts off stops future sends and preserves the consent and withdrawal evidence. A new number requires new consent. We may ask you to reconfirm older consent.
Requesting a phone code authorizes one ATMSPHR verification text for that request. It does not enroll you in recurring messages. Email sign-in remains an alternative. A carrier opt-out can prevent verification texts from arriving; use email or reply START to the sending number to remove that carrier block.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We send an enrollment confirmation before your first ticket text, and a confirmation for each new eligible booking. Verification texts are sent only when requested. ATMSPHR does not charge you an additional fee for SMS.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from ATMSPHR ticket texts. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT also stop them. You may receive one final confirmation. You can also turn off Text updates in your account or contact support@atmsphr.club for help withdrawing consent.
To return after a carrier STOP, reply START to the sending number, then review consent and enable Text updates in your account. START removes the carrier block; it does not itself enroll an account in our recurring program.
Turning texts off does not cancel your tickets, membership or account.
Reply HELP for program information, or contact support@atmsphr.club. If carrier blocking prevents a reply, email us or visit Support.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Always check your tickets and event details in ATMSPHR; do not rely on SMS alone for entry.
You must be at least 16 and the account holder or an authorized user of the number you verify. We only send to destinations approved for our program. SMS must not be used for illegal, deceptive, abusive or prohibited content. People using messaging tools must follow Twilio’s Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared for those purposes. Providers acting on our behalf may process the information only to operate, secure and support this service, or as required by law.
By requesting a verification text or opting in to ticket texts, you consent to Twilio delivering those messages and collecting and monitoring their content to detect spam, fraud and abuse. The Privacy Policy explains this processing and the records we retain.
Enabled hosts may offer a separate promotional text program through atmsphr for event announcements, ticket availability and upcoming events. This is separate from ticket-confirmation consent. On an enabled host’s event page, open Get event text alerts, review the host-specific disclosure, select the initially unchecked checkbox and choose Subscribe to event alerts. Use your own verified US mobile number.
Up to two promotional messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Hosts may use templates or submit their own event messages for atmsphr review. Sender identification, the event link and opt-out instructions remain included. Hosts cannot upload recipient lists. Your permission applies only to the sender and event-message program named when you opt in. Broese Events subscriptions retained during the atmsphr rebrand keep their original consent and opt-outs. Admin-approved workspaces operated by the same business may manage that program under its original sender identity; this does not transfer consent to another business.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. STOP suppresses atmsphr promotional and ticket texts to that number. START removes carrier blocking but does not re-enroll you; review consent again first. You can also turn off a host’s alerts through Manage event text alerts on its event pages, or contact support@atmsphr.club. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
Twilio processes messages and phone numbers to deliver texts and prevent spam, fraud and abuse. Hosts see aggregate audience and delivery counts, not exported SMS consent or phone lists. See our Privacy Policy. A host’s alerts are unavailable until its promotional sender is approved and activated.
You can close your account at any time from Settings → Your data. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
Closing an account does not cancel tickets you already hold or refund orders already placed, and does not remove financial records we are required to keep — see the Privacy Policy.
atmsphr is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and the courts of California have exclusive jurisdiction.
If we change them in a way that matters we will say so on this page and change the effective date. Continuing to use atmsphr after that means you accept the change; if you do not, close your account.
