Effective October 5, 2026
1. Talk to us
Email support@atmsphr.club. Include the event name and order number when you have one. Never send your password, sign-in code, or full card number.
2. Tickets & entry
Your tickets live in Tickets in the app or your tickets online. Sign in with the same account used at checkout. If a payment is pending, check your tickets before trying again. For event-specific questions, contact the host from their profile.
3. Membership & billing
Open Perks to view your credits and manage or cancel your membership. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments. Read the membership terms.
4. Report a problem
On an event in the app, choose Report this event. You can also block its host to hide their listings from discovery; purchased tickets remain available. To report an account, message, or urgent content concern, email support@atmsphr.club with a link and a description. For an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
5. Account & privacy
In the app, open Account → Privacy & account data → Delete account. Account deletion ends active billing and removes your profile; required payment records are retained. Request a copy of your data from the same menu. You can also contact privacy@atmsphr.club. Privacy policy.
6. Text updates
SMS updates are optional. Manage them in Settings → Text updates on the website or Account → Text updates in the app. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Email sign-in works independently. Text messaging terms.
